On Saturday I knocked up some Venison grill steaks (basically burgers) with fried Haloumi.

    Hit the spot quite nicely.

Today I knocked up a Tom Yum Goong sai Nam Kon and served over a bowl of rice.

Should keep me going all day.

They made pretty good burgers, and I love fried halloumi so it worked well.

In the armstrong household, does the kid have to convince her old man to eat the green stuff?

First time I ever had chips and mayonnaise was Amsterdam mid-90s. I wasn't even a fan of mayonnaise, but now it's the only choice with chips. Absolutely magic.
