Gave the new processor a whirl. Minced onions (2 large), garlic 1 head and a few inches of ginger.

Firstly fried off 4 tables spoons of mustard seeds with cumin and coriander seeds crushed. Added my hot madras powder, more red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric and some paprika (unconventional), salt and pepper - set aside. Separately fried off the minced ginger, onion and garlic then added the fried off spices.

Soaked green lentils in water, washed off and soaked again with water and malt vinegar, added to above and now that is it til i quick fry 1.5Kgs of Mutton and shove it all in the slow cooker for 6 hours tonight and then put in a pan tomorrow to reduce and develop.

approx 3 Kgs ish once done - should be ready for lunchtime
