And serves his favourite dish of reds with worrying regularity.

A packet of T-bone Steak Roysters or any flavour of McCoy’s pressed into that sarny would certainly convert it to a manwich and save the day.

Or Brannigan’s Roast Beef and Mustard, now that would make it a contender.

Kids over and they wanted Lamb...again. I did a half shoulder. And just to prove it to Dill, i roast my own tatties, always use Rapeseed Oil, works really well.

Pan juices with a load of water ready for gravy

For lunch? Nicely done.

A heart shaped spud as well, very nice.

Those potatoes look good.

You've got the crispy bits on.

Parboiled and then shaken about in a colander before roasting?

I went for some horseshoe gammon fried in garlic butter with a couple of duck eggs on top for lunch today.

My wife's Pad Krapow for me....

Not really a diet, but trying to eat a bit better. Generally, our "rice" meal of the day is at lunch with fish with veggies or salad in the evening.
