I think Pemberton's only defence is to try and convince the judge that, a big boy did it and ran away.

For those who are still following this slow-moving trial, the defense kicks off on 03 August, after the court gets a well-deserved month's rest from the incredible stress of two hours of testimony, two days a week. An 11 month trial which could have gone start to finish easily in a month.
