Unfortunately its what the world of democracy has become. Morally fraudulent acts become legal through technical loopholes and are considered OK.
Greed and corporate influence have overtaken the underlying principles of democracy and turned it all into a lucrative shitfest for the lawyers. Although USA leads the way in this perversion of justice and inequality it is a disease that infects most advanced democracies.

Though most of us here laugh and hold Thailands system of government and justice in contempt, in reality it is simply a smaller, cruder and less sophisticated version of the corruption that has crept into western democracies.

Here's another one for your early Tuesday morning reading pleasure:

Friday morning after the Assembly vote to approve Governor Scott Walker’s budget repair bill Democrat State Rep. Gordon Hintz turned to Republican Rep. Michelle Litjens and said: “You are F***king dead!”

    620 WTMJ
State Rep. Gordon Hintz was issued a municipal citation in Appleton earlier this month for violating a city sexual misconduct ordinance.
Appleton police said the citation was issued Feb. 10 in conjunction with an ongoing investigation of Heavenly Touch Massage Parlor, 342 W. Wisconsin Ave., in Appleton. Police searched the business and a nearby residence in the 1300 block of North Division Street Jan. 28, after investigators had staked out the properties for several days after receiving a tip.

Last Friday…. after the Assembly voted to engross the Budget Repair Bill, Hintz turned to a female colleague, Rep. Michelle Litjens and said:

    “You are F***king dead!”
Hintz was arrested for sexual misconduct earlier in the week – in a prostitution sting.

    What a classy guy, eh?

Yeh, and Pres Clinton got gobbled by a chubby intern, and some GOP senator was caught gay toilet trading, etc etc.

Your country is basically going to the dogs, and all most of you guys can argue about is prurient sexuality, conspiracy theories, blaming minorities like II's, muzzies, unions, non sequiturs and meaningless slogans. Or Michelle's latest couture or Whitehouse meal, ffs. Anything but what matters- yet the truth is before you in black and white. I've even thrown in some pretty pictures to make it simpler.

Virginia: School Removes Students Copies of Ten Commandments From Lockers After Leftists and Their ACLU Lawyers Threaten Lawsuits…

Copies of the Koran still not a problem it seems...

The Giles County School Board voted Tuesday to removed framed copies of the Ten Commandments from its schools — for the second time in as many months. Now some students are speaking out against the decision.
Some students have posted the Ten Commandments on their lockers. One group from Narrows and Giles have ordered t-shirts to express their opinions on the issue.
The commandments were first removed in December, 2010 after a complaint.
WVVA was at the school board meeting on Jan. 20 when the board elected to reverse its decision.
A group called the Freedom From Religion Foundation, based in Madison, Wisc., says it had threatened to sue the Giles County School Board on behalf of residents who wanted the Commandments removed after they were reposted.
A lawyer from the group released the following statement to WVVA:
“Along with the ACLU of Virginia, we are monitoring the situation to ensure that the school board does not attempt to skirt the law and put the Ten Commandments back into Giles County Schools. Any such attempts to violate the Constitution and Supreme Court precedent would constitute a losing legal battle for the school board.

The constitution. "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof".

The school would indeed lose a legal argument to put up framed copies of the 10 commandments. Assuming the school is publicly funded, it violates the constitution. This has been tested many times in the Supreme Court, each time ruling it is unconstitutional to do so.

In the case of students displaying 10 commandments on their lockers, if the school is not forcing the students to display then no problem with constitutional rights. It is a personal choice and an exercise of their right to exercise religious belief. Forcing students to remove them is a prohibition of their constitutional right of free exercise of religion. Hence unconstitutional.

Same applies for all personal religious beliefs including the right of a Christian to wear a crucifix, a Jew to wear a Star of David, or a Muslim to wear a head scarf, etc.

Does the article say the Koran is still allowed?

Anyway, banning the ten commandments or the old testament is a good thing, innit? That's where the Muzzies got their ideas from, after all.

I'm sure even the US constitution will have some sort of leeway to outlaw practices intended to torture or hurt specific groups of individuals calling them religious or not, wearing the Hijab is not a comprehensive for all Muslim woman religious demand from the Quran, but a tool later invented by Muslim men to enslave and control females, hence it is not at all comparable to a cross or a Jewish star, Female Muslim Head-scarfs should be pursued and made socially unacceptable with the same vigour other discrimination tools are in the US, like for-instance towards the African American community, but here the religious hypocrisy of US policy comes into play, the only way to defend their own uncompromising hysterical Bible-belt stance on many issues, is to also allow Muslim excesses designed solely to oppress and enslave a specific gender.

In 21 century US and European society where equal rights for women is and have been very high on the agenda, and any such forced branding of our own woman would be a criminal offense, the hypocritical religious US double standards on display when it comes to liberating Muslim woman is astonishing.

Good job our US friends have no problems with Native American religious beliefs when it comes to flying "tomahawks" in foreign lands or we would be in deep shit.

It's gonna be hard to beat this one and it ain't no April Fools either:

WIsconsin Teacher Charged With Sending Death Threats to GOP Lawmakers

A Wisconsin early childhood teacher was charged with sending death threats to state Republican lawmakers.

Her name is Katherine Windels and she is a Wisconsin teacher. Here’s the criminal complaint.
    JS Online reported:
A 26-year-old woman was charged Thursday with two felony counts and two misdemeanor counts for allegedly making email threats against Wisconsin lawmakers during the height of the battle over Gov. Scott Walker’s budget-repair bill.
Katherine R. Windels of Cross Plains was named in a criminal complaint filed in Dane County Criminal Court.
According to the criminal complaint, Windels allegedly sent an email threat to State Sen. Robert Cowles (R-Green Bay) March 9. Later that evening, she allegedly sent another email to 15 Republican legislators, including Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald (R-Juneau).

The subject line of the second email was: “Atten: Death Threat!!!! Bomb!!!” In that email, she purportedly wrote, “Please put your things in order because you will be killed and your families will also be killed due to your actions in the last 8 weeks.”
“I hope you have a good time in hell,” she allegedly wrote in the lengthy email in which she purportedly listed scenarios in which the legislators and their families would die, including bombings and by “putting a nice little bullet in your head.”
According to the criminal complaint, Windels told investigators “I sent out emails that I was
disgusted and very upset by what they were doing.”
Asked if she intended to follow through on any of her threats, Windels told the investigators “No,” according to the complaint.
Windels was charged with two felony counts “bomb scare” and two misdemeanor counts of “computer message-threatening injury/bodily harm.” If convicted, each felony count carries a maximum penalty of three years and six months in prison and a $10,000 fine, and each misdemeanor count carries a maximum penalty of 90 days in prison and a $1,000 fine.

Underground Conservative has much more on the violent teacher including this.
She is a 2010 graduate of Madison Area Technical College with an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, which would fir, since on her PeekYou profile she lists Wexford Head Start as one of her work experiences. She also lists a place called The Red Caboose; a Google search turns up a Red Caboose in Madison for Toddler, Preschool and School Age programs.
Here again is the vile threat Windels sent out to Republican lawmakers in Wisconsin.
    W620TMJ posted this earlier:
I am reprinting verbatim an email that was sent to Republican senators. The email was signed, but I have deleted the name pending what I hope will be a thorough police investigation.

Pretty heavy, eh? Imagine if this was a Republican making these death threats?

Heh - in this case it's Democrats, as in plural:

LA Times Reporter Wins Pulitzer For Exposing Corrupt Democrats

Bell City, one of the poorest cities in Los Angeles County, paid its city manager $787,000 a year.
Los Angeles Times reporter Jeff Gottleib released a list of Bell city officials and their salaries in a July report. The citizens of Bell were outraged by this revelation and held a protest after the report was published.

But, there was one fact that Gottleib kept from his readers. The corrupt Bell politicians were democrats, every last one of them. It was probably best he didn’t mention it. He may not have been awarded a Pulitzer.

During an appearance on Rachel Maddow’s MSNBC show last night, Dem. Rep. Barney Frank (D-MA) joined to talk about the economy…

During that discussion, the almost unmistakeable sound of Frank passing gas could be heard. And the almost unmistakeable sight of him lifting his leg was visible.

Those of us lucky enough to still have jobs in the Obama economy work hard to create wealth. What percentage of it do we deserve to keep? Leftist congresscritter Jan Schakowsky (D-IL) gives her answer:
“I’ll put it this way. You don’t deserve to keep all of it and it’s not a question of deserving because what government is, is those things that we decide to do together.”
The reference is to what Jean-Jacques Rousseau called the “general will” — a concept that has been exploited by every tyrannical regime starting with the French Revolution’s Reign of Terror.
Since the government’s will is your will, your money is the government’s money. Once again we see that there is no ideological boundary between liberalism and totalitarianism.

    Jan Schakowsky

This is unbelievable! You don't deserve to keep all your money? What kind of commie bullshit is this???

^C'mon, sabang, you pay for that stuff the American way- you borrow from overseas lenders, then inflate your currency (eventually) so they all lose their asses when you pay them back in dollars worth much less than when they lent them to you. They have to lend you the money because your people buy all the stuff that they don't make themselves anymore. It's a beautiful system.

That's all well and good but what we're talking about is how that money is wasted. And some states don’t care how carelessly they “redistribute” it.

Louisiana was the most irresponsible in percentage terms, paying out 43.63% of payments, for a total of almost half a billion dollars wrongfully redistributed.
Indiana, though, came in second by percent but far and away first as far as dollar amount with 43.56% of payments made improperly for a dollar total of over 1.7 billion!

Just think if all this money had been instead applied to paying off the national debt?

But the states have a vested interest in making wrongful payments as every dollar that is spent locally helps their economies. The chart is deceptive as it ranks states by percent of wrongful payments but the more important story is dollar amounts, with the following states having made over a billion dollars in improper payments (amounts are approximate/rounded, check chart for exact):

    IN: 1.7 billion
    CA: 1.7 billion
    IL: 1.2 billion
    TX: 1.1 billion
    PA: 1.1 billion
    NJ: 1 billion
NY and OH came in at just under a billion each and WA came in just over 3/4 billion .

The latest example of a really low-class Democrat is the obnoxious Bill Maher, who pushed his repellent 'humor' to a new extreme of absurdity with this nugget:
“In today’s Republican Party there’s a term for people who hate charity and love killing — Christian.”
His loathsome audience actually applauded this bizarre insult.
