What about Bedell's own words, they clearly do not put him in the liberal/progressive camp:

“Communist and socialist governments that abolished or disregarded private property,” said Bedell in the recording, “created poverty, repression and murder on a truly enormous scale.” But, he continued, “Even in the United States, however, there has been a continual erosion of protection of private property justified by the belief that government is an efficient instrument for the positive direction of society.”
Bedell added: “Governments lack the profit and loss incentives that individuals and private organizations must use…”
And he warned: “When governments are able to confiscate the resources of their citizens to fund schemes that need only be justified by lies and deception enormous disasters can result.”
Bedell also denounced the monetary system, a frequent bete noir of anti-government extremists. “When the government can control how private property is used,” he said, “and especially when the government controls the monetary system that is use to exchange private property, the government has the mechanisms and the motivation to control individuals to the smallest detail.”
Bedell even railed against the concept of public education. “Government control of the schools that shape minds is pervasive in today’s world,” he said. “The imperative to defend the freedom of conscience must lead us to eliminate the role of the government in education and leave parents and communities free to raise their children as they see fit.” He denounced public education as “no more legitimate than a government-run church for universal religious training.”

Breaking: Al-Qaeda Killer & Dem Operative Worked at New Jersey Nuclear Plant

Thursday, March 11, 2010, 9:22 PMAl-Qaeda killer and former democratic operative, Sharif Mobley, worked at a nuclear plant in New Jersey.

Al-Qaeda terrorist, Sharif Mobley, was arrested in Yemen earlier this year. The New Jersey man shot two men at a hospital in Yemen over the weekend after being arrested in the company of several al-Qaeda members. Sharif Mobley, 26, was quietly detained earlier this year by Yemeni authorities. He worked for former Democratic Governor Jon Corzine’s campaign in 2005.
Tonight it was reported that he worked at a New Jersey nuclear plant.
    Astute Bloggers and AJC reported:
A New Jersey official says a suspected terrorist who worked at a complex of nuclear power plants did not breach security there.
Mike Drewniak, a spokesman for Gov. Chris Christie, says his office has been told that Sharif Mobley was supervised and had no problems when he worked at three power plants in Salem County from 2002 to 2008.
PSEG Nuclear spokesman Joe Delmar said Thursday that Mobley worked as a laborer for several contractors at the three plants and others in the region.
The 26-year-old Mobley, who grew up in New Jersey and later lived in Philadelphia and Newark, Del., is in custody in Yemen as a suspected member of al-Qaida.
A spokesman for the Yemeni Embassy in Washington says those charges have nothing to do with his employment at the plants.

Typical low-life Democrat wishes Sarah Palin was killed with Stevens...

    Nice, eh?

(Daily Caller)- A New Hampshire candidate for the state house is taking heat from the state Republican Party after he wrote on a Facebook thread that he wishes former Alaska governor Sarah Palin and the father of her grandson were in the plane crash that killed former Sen. Ted Stevens in Alaska on Monday.
“Just wish Sarah and Levy (sic) were on board,” wrote Keith Halloran, a Democratic candidate for Cheshire County House District 7, referencing Palin and Levi Johnson, the on-again, off-again boyfriend of her daughter.
Stevens and four others died in the crash after the plane headed to a fishing trip slammed into the side of a mountain in Alaska.
The comment from Halloran was in response to a post on Facebook from Republican state Rep. DJ Bettencourt about Steven’s death, who said, “I find it truly sad and sickening that some folks can’t find a way to be positive or at least keep quiet about someone when they pass away.”
The New Hampshire GOP called Holloran’s “outrageous comment” a “new low, even by the standards of the New Hampshire Democrat (sic) Party.”
“His publicly stated death wish for Governor Palin and her family is abhorrent, and has no place in our public discourse,” said NHGOP communications director Ryan Williams

The democrates claim to be the party to empathize the younger, underpriveledged, minority voter, would you give your money to an inmature inexperienced teenager to manage? I'd prefer an old experienced crabby codger instead of a movie star.

Uh, oh, another one bites the tax evasion dust. Sharpton and his group, no less. Imagine, not paying the payroll tax, when he's such a govt guy.

An accounting firm hired by Al Sharpton's National Action Network found the civil-rights group in such financial disarray that it flunked its record-keeping -- and may not even survive, The Post has learned.
    ...
"The organization has suffered recurring decreases in net assets -- and has been dependent upon advances from related parties and the nonpayment of payroll tax obligations -- to maintain continuity," the firm KBL concluded in an April 2 audit of NAN's 2008 financial records, the most recent available.

^ Maybe Martha left a decorated cell for her.

Here's another student scholarship screwup by another black caucus member. Maybe they don't understand what nepotism means, but surely they understand what family member means? Look out: the caucus is going to do a thorough investigation of the programme.

Rep. Sanford Bishop (D-Ga.) awarded three scholarships from the Congressional
Black Caucus Foundation to his stepdaughter and wife’s niece between 2003 and 2005, according to records from the nonprofit group.

^ Can't handle the dem crap, eh, chass? Don't see it on msnbc, of course. That's why we're here for ya. There are so many rip-offs by dems, it's unbelievable. Never mind the city council in Bell, CA, there's a new scandal with LA City Council getting $$ for lucrative contracts. And you thought the GOP was bad -- yep, there are some stinkers in that party, too.

Oh, I forgot this little gem. A bit old, but worthy.

We now know that federal employees across the nation owe fully $1 billion in back taxes to the Internal Revenue Service.
    ...
Privacy laws prevent release of individual tax delinquents' names. But we do know that as of the end of 2009, 41 people inside Obama's very own White House owe the government they're allegedly running a total of $831,055 in back taxes....
In the House of Representatives, 421 people owe a total $6,524,892.
In the Senate, 217 owe $2,774,836.
In the IRS' parent department, Treasury, 1,204 owe $7,670,814.
At the Labor Department, where Secretary Hilda Solis' husband had some back-tax problems before her confirmation, 463 owe $7,481,463.
Eighty-one workers for the Federal Reserve System's board of governors owe $1,076,733. Over at the Justice Department, which is so busy enforcing other laws and suing Arizona, 1,971 employees still owe $14,350,152 in overdue taxes.
Department of Homeland Security, which is run by Janet Napolitano...Homeland Security is keeping all of us safe by ensuring that a brave Dutch tourist is aboard every inbound international flight to thwart any would-be bomber with explosives in his underpants.
Within that department, 4,856 people owe the tax agency $37,012,174.
