Yes, I'm embarrassed that 12 million of my fellow countrymen think Obama is the Lizard King.

You didn't even enter my mind.

Here we go again. Using ad hominem arguments and fallacies rather than discuss facts. Do I believe in lizard men? No. Has it been stated that I do hundreds of times? Yes. Does Misskitt etc believe in the baby jesus or moses or allah? most likely. Do I think that she and others similar are loonies for doing so, yes.

Am i able to read and watch stuff from all different angles, comprehend the information without chucking bias on it due to peer pressure to do so and make-up my own mind? Yes. Can misskitt and bikeboy? Clearly not. After all, they both think Obama is innocent in the "let GMO rule the USA" debacle.

Why do you find it so hard to discuss the possibility that GOP's future is as assured as Dem because they are both the same? They are no different at all, the monsanto debacle being prime evidence.

The irony is of course that these two proud democrats are actually doing George Dubyas work for him. He proclaimed something that they have both taken to heart and have turned off their minds ability to question anything. They have been trained to nod when they see Obama and to flare their nostrils when they see a GOP, and to sneer at anything that suggests that neither is the answer.

Necron's answer on the Monsanto thread is about correct.

Oh, and bikerboy - feel free to explain the dollar bill in non lunatic talk then. That picture misses out the little owl on it as well.

You still haven't answered the question Pseudo- you clearly believe there's a "New World Order" conspiracy in the works. Which one of the many different conspiracy theories do you believe in?

Ok, you don't believe in lizard men, but you do believe in Aliens, right? Sorry if I got that mixed up.

Necron? With his ignorance of how the US political system works, he can't possibly be American.

Your continued insistence that the Democrats and the GOP are "the same" reveals your ignorance. Then again, as you aren't American and have never been to the US I suppose we can forgive you for being so misinformed. With the GOP's continued drift to the far right of the political spectrum, the two parties have never been farther apart than they are today.

The back of the dollar bill? Yeah, tinfoil hat conspiracy wingnuts love to think that it's just full of hidden New World Order signs and whatnot. Complete nonsense of course, but you'll never convince a conspiracy theorist that they're wrong.

I know many think that the reverse side of United States dollar bill is proof of some grand conspiracy, but in fact it's just being misread by conspiracy wonks looking for something that's not there.

For example- the Latin phrase "novus ordo seclorum" translates to "New Order of the Ages" and alludes to the beginning of an era where the United States of America is an independent nation-state; it is often mistranslated by conspiracy theorists as "New World Order".

It could be argued that since you're not American and you don't vote you are completely irrelevant.

AND the day that the USA stops meddling in areas outside of the US that is not their concern is the day that people like you can tell others that we are irrelevant. Notice you do not use the same way of thinking for the US meddling in other countries affairs? Going to blame that on GOP as well? Libya and Syria? Gop's fault? Forthcoming war with Iran, GOPS fault? Nope. Neither is is Dems fault because neither side has any autonomy to do anything by themselves which is exactly why Monsanto protection was signed in, and will never be repealed, or if it is, changed a little but still a hall pass for them.

“Grand Old Party for a Brand New Generation”

The College Republican National Committee — which bills itself as the oldest and largest political youth organization in America, has come out with a report. The GOP would do well to listen-

In the report, the young Republican activists acknowledge their party has suffered significant damage in recent years. A sampling of the critique on:

Gay marriage: “On the ‘open-minded’ issue … [w]e will face serious difficulty so long as the issue of gay marriage remains on the table.”

Hispanics: “Latino voters … tend to think the GOP couldn’t care less about them.”

Perception of the party’s economic stance: “We’ve become the party that will pat you on your back when you make it, but won’t offer you a hand to help you get there.”

Big reason for the image problem: The “outrageous statements made by errant Republican voices.”

Words that up-for-grabs voters associate with the GOP: “The responses were brutal: closed-minded, racist, rigid, old-fashioned.”

“[The] Republican Party has won the youth vote before and can absolutely win it again,” the report says, pointing to presidents Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush who were competitive with that demographic. “But this will not occur without significant work to repair the damage done to the Republican brand among this age group over the last decade.”

Report details how GOP lost young voters - Katie Glueck - POLITICO.com

What it says is basically no different than what moderates have been telling the out of control ideologues that now run the GOP for ages- but considering it comes from a group that will largely constitute tomorrows republican leadership, it would be dumb to ignore it.

GOP are being reborn. It will take 6 years. Watch out for the messiah - he will be an idenikit of Obama, although most likely white. His name will be something homely and typical American, like Pablo Sanchez or P Diddleysquat. He will be the surprise nomination for competitors including Ron Paul (the man who should get the nod) despite ADLs smearing campaign) and some ogre from the dark old days. Nop one will see it coming, but he will arise from the ashes of a painful 2016 election year and defeat Hillary 2020. Meanwhile, GOVERNMENT will carry on regardless hoping the side show will distract you enough to not notice what they are doing.

Uh oh, the party of hate is running out of haters...

The GOP’s Age Problem- Older Voters Becoming More Accepting

"older Americans are evolving on a lot of moral issues like premarital sex and same-sex relationships. While young Americans are still more accepting than their older counterparts, the shift is happening at a time when the GOP is running into a messaging and policy problem with the Young Vote. A majority of Americans Aged 55 and older now support same-sex relationships. In 2002, only 22% of those over the age of 55 supported same-sex relationships and felt they were moral. Today, that number is 51%. "

"The Gallup polling only underscores the recent report from the College National Republican Committee which found that the GOP is pretty much up a creek without a paddle, and if they don’t change their tune, the midden is going to hit the windmill hard.
In the 95-page report, the CNRC found that “Neither technology, nor policy, nor branding alone will fully endear the Republican Party to a generation that has now twice broken for a Democratic candidate by historic margins. Yet a message and narrative that focuses on economic growth and opportunity cannot exist without substance behind it. [T]here are still many items in the Republican economic agenda that young voters have not been sold on.”
    "

Even without Michele Bachmann, the GOP is still crazy

Many mainstream Republicans breathed a sigh of relief when the Minnesota Tea Partier announced her retirement. But there's still Louie Gohmert and Ted Cruz and...

    I'd still tap her.

Anyway, why are people thinking getting rid of GOP is a good idea? What then - a one party state?

Heh...if these Libs had their way the Fairness Doctrine would be re-introduced on the airways to shut down Rush, Hannity, Michael Savage et. al.

Venture to say Political Indoctrination 'Retreats' would be set up ala the Pathet Lao to rid folks of dangerous thought crimes.

Think it's an exaggeration the picture of the gal in charge giving the OK for specific health procedures looking at her computer and noting you last voted Republican so...you'll be denied or shuffled to the very back of the line?

That's where it's going if the Obamabots are left in charge...
