Yada yada bonehead. What is real is what actually happens on the ground. I expect you will read about it after the event(s). Your prolific use of laughies and smilies rather exposes your nervousness, it seems to me.
The narrative that is being pushed on commercial news over here (highly concentrated ownership, biggest is Murdoch) is that "NATO is united as never before". Personally, I rather doubt that. Anyway, they are continuing to weaponize Ukraine. Nobody gives a fuck about Ukrainian lives- except maybe, the invading forces.
Are there any Ukrainian restaurants in Adelaide sabang? Why don't you go out for some pierogi and holubchi, and bring that up with the proprietors.
Like the 200,000 ground troops that were on the Ukrainian frontier? The ones you said were not there and would never invade?
No, they express the fact that I am in tears laughing at your utter idiocy. You do not see the massive irony in your own comments, and that is laughable.
Like d'uhh- Russia is trying to harm 'foreign interests' as much as they are trying to harm it. Hardly rocket science.
Hand wringers, the main outside parties should be trying for a just Peace settlement- not prolonging the war, and wasting more human lives. Turkey is doing something good for a change, and only the Conservatives are talking sense in amerka (well, about this situation anyway). What a strange world we live in.![]()
How does Ukrainian food differ from Russian food btw? Borscht and dumplings innit.![]()
Read the Pentagon report (released, I wager, to sober up the loonies a bit), and look at the actual casualty figures. Believe me (or don't) it could have been much, much worse.

Actual casualty figures? No one knows because both sides claim exaggerated figures that promote their own success. The truth is hidden behind propaganda, and that is the only truth available.
Faced with Putin’s outright lies and disinformation, what would you do if you were Zelensky?
You failed to mention Russian lives and economic hardship. Plus food shotages in ME and Africa.
Not in Putin's mind. He mistakingly believes taking Kiev will give him victory in his war to bring the Ukraine under the complete sway of Russia.
I believe Putin's fear of Ukraine or any bordering nations has nothing to do with fear of military invasion of Russia. His fear is having the majority of Russian citizens coming to the realization that Democracy is a better alternative to Putin's form of government whatever label one chooses to call it.
"Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect,"

Substitute the word 'harm' for the word 'sanction' then- and waddyagot? same thang. But thanks for the semantic lesson, seem that is everything these days.

Can someone really be so stupid as to believe an invading army cares more about the lives of people it is trying to subjugate than others looking on in horror?
Rather an understatement
Why ask him he has no idea. This was the "military expert" who said Russia would not invade. Oh a million pardons, wouldn't be involved in a "special operation to liberate Ukrainians from the Nazis".
Reprensible does not do him justice.
If his posts are any indication he can still go lower.
He must surely be in line for the most despicable poster of the year award. He certainly has my vote. I didnt think it was possible to edge out socal but there you go.

Why does it matter?
Russia, being the largest country on this planet and bordered by 14 countries, Azerbaijan, Belarus, China, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Kazakhstan, North Korea, Latvia, Lithuania, Mongolia, Norway, Poland, and Ukraine, I'd suggest that it has quite a wide culinary variety.
Russia is about 28 times bigger than Ukraine.
This 'West is the Best' narrative is all well and good norts, but to truly accept that means accepting the concept of 'Freedom of Choice'. A just Peace settlement should be based upon that, and rightly or not (in your/my/our opinion) a fair swathe of post Maidan revolution Ukraine- which ended the former Ukrainian federation- does not wish to remain with the resultant regime. Specifically, the provinces of Donetsk and Luhansk. Possibly others too- I do not know. They should be allowed that Freedom of Choice- otherwise what are we except hypocrites? I would welcome Referenda on a Provincial basis to put this to the Democratic test.
