Absolutely amazing, Nige.
I love the background music too.
Can you bring me some crayons and a colouring book?
Impeccable cuticals for a lorry driver!
Sorry. couldn't green you.

TBH that vid was as much fun as watching paint dry. it is taking shape nicely though
Pick up the pace Nige

Well one in the bush is worth ,,,,,and all that ,,
In the meantime here is a quick look into my mukin fuddle of an area I atempt to paint in
Is that Clint with the cowboy hat ?
I like that
Well spotted mate and you can have it if you want it
Allthough it was supposed to be Charlie Bronson lol
I dont know if its you and your names or me and my crap art ,,,,,,,probably the latter
Nige, I wrote Charles Bronson, I swear to God, I thought of DJ Pat too, then I had another look and thought hang on thats Clint and changed my post
I'll get my coat
That Tim Gagnon is rubbish , and my gaydar started going off at 23 seconds
though it could be one of those false positive things , still I don't like the way he swings his arms .
And check out both videos , both have painted brick walls ; no wonder plasterers are all on welfare .
Ok here we are ,, just about as far as I can go with this one with my limited ability , but I am fairly happy with it ,, I have so many other ideas to paint from now and want to move on . Its all a learning curve and hope some of you have been inspired to have a go .
I want to do another little video soon mabe , a full watercolour from begin to end or mabe a pastel start to finish , but these little videos all take a fair bit of time to do and publish up on here , so if anyone is interested I will do my best for you , just gonna take me a little bit of time ,,cheers
BTW this little painting will receive at least 4 coats of stand oil to really make it shimmer and add depth to the paint
I'm proud of my 38" waist , also proud I have never done drugs
looking good mate, I've been away from mine, but wanna splash a bit more paint on mine.
^Good luck..
That painting is really well done. I always admire painters as I can't paint or even draw that well. I tend to think of my photography as an art though.Originally Posted by nigelandjan

Another fine piece and once again you have captured the water very nicely. Do you have a scanner? If you scanned it it would make a nice computer desktop pic.
Thanks QC for your kind , encouraging remarks ,, I will have a go at scanning it for you if you like and will post the little file on here if I can work me way round that one .
I,m not very PC savvy but will give it a go
Thanks! That would be very nice.Originally Posted by nigelandjan

Here is a little redition of my dear SIL,s house ,, I have only used 2 colours as you can see them on the r/h side ( patches ) French Ultramarine + Burnt Sienna .
Everything you see here is painted from these 2 colours .
I'd have never even thought of painting with just two colours, looks great Nige.
Nigel, well done, the two colors are perfect for the effect. Monochrome and duo-chrome exercises are an excellent way to practice tonal control... well done!
These two colors (depending on Mfgr.) lend themselves to quite a range of color and tones, nice choice.

Great work as per usual Nige, can u up a photo of house again for comparison
No probs mate
Thanks EG glad you liked it
Ive been out painting today in a place called Stoke by Nayland ,, its been wonderfull sitting there for 4 hours painting with people out for theyre Sunday walks stopping by to have a chat , shame I could only stay 4 hours as had to come home to pick the wife up from her work
It's a very nice painting on the face of it alone but knowing that something like that could be made out of only 2 base colours is a bit mind boggling!
