Why on earth would anyone want to force a girl to stay after she wantd to go - for any reason?

No, I only paid the short time price, not the long time price. I'm a nice guy, but not that damn nice I just wanted her to stay all night as we had agreed before-hand.

It's obvious the girl wanted to chime up another bill or two before the night ended. Or who's to say the bloke didn't hurt the lil thing, so badly she had to limp out and call an ambulance.

A Thai girl, as any other girl, will like some boyz more than others. If she actually liked him, given his not hurting her, she would have stayed, or made another date and kept it and given him a little more quarter.

My best guess is that ol' language barrier. Thais get bored and even irritated waiting for some nube to search out words in his dictionary, only to mispronounce them.
