I'm a satay stalker when it comes to the REAL satay stick... and Chinese to Thai satays which are basically pork like here above, (which is not my preference for satays...) gets even worse when they add pineapple puree or chilli slices while satays are at their best when resulting from the thick, aromatic and deeply spiced rich ingredient groundnut gravy to tantalize the tongue & taste-buds... pork doesn't excel to that feat, mutton does!
