Used to like to go up Dunstable Downs for dope smoking, shagging and 2 meter amateur radio contacts... sometimes in that order.

My wife is becoming quite famous for her pies and spare ribs and was asked by a family friend to make a birthday cake for her little boy.

Not bad for a first attempt and the cake went down a treat with the 60 or so people who attended the party.

    Nice one!

Especially the effort of decorating the sides too. That's where my laziness would kick in.

The handmade patchwork quilt it took Ms Bangyai 4 months of full time work to stitch together using a few thousand hexagons. Kept her quiet all day .

Thanks .... I'll pass that on to her. Mind you, once she'd finished it she swore she'd never do another. Couldn't stand cutting out all the little paper templates behind each hexagon. Moved on to homemade jewelry now , which at least she gets paid for.

How are you going to knit that Neddy holding a beer in one hand?.........You would probably spill your beer all over it and leave a wet patch on it before it was finished.

^ By the way let Mrs Bangyai know she has a green from an admirer. Great work............

Are you sure this isn't the new ex-pat Issan concrete house?

It does have the roof swimming pool, A/C units, two acres of flat concrete parking, double cab pickup, bags of rice and own electricity transformer. Maybe the flag will be different.

Nah, not enough rubbish, they have built the boundary wall with staggered joints and in the wrong place.
