My new pup! Well... had her about 4 months now... chilling in the garden in the autumn sun today.

My wife is becoming quite famous for her pies and spare ribs and was asked by a family friend to make a birthday cake for her little boy.
Not bad for a first attempt and the cake went down a treat with the 60 or so people who attended the party.

that winch is a bit of a beast!!
The handmade patchwork quilt it took Ms Bangyai 4 months of full time work to stitch together using a few thousand hexagons. Kept her quiet all day .:)

Thanks .... I'll pass that on to her. Mind you, once she'd finished it she swore she'd never do another. Couldn't stand cutting out all the little paper templates behind each hexagon. Moved on to homemade jewelry now , which at least she gets paid for. :)Quote:
