Firstly, you have to amass an enormous amount of green repo points, and then have them taken away and put into the negative zone.
Secondly, you have to crawl back out of that negative red zone until you have a full stack of greens.
After that, as far as I know, you will be allowed the privilege of posting pictures.

Don't take my word for it though, as I am neither a mod, or a poster formerly known as English Noodles.

The rain does not fall on the plains (here anyway)
as much of Thailand is under water right now - here in sth Sa Kaeo the neighbouring farm is running sprinklers on the corn crops, all the rain has passed us over, not a drop in the last week, and none forecast for the next 7 days either. 31 forecast today. Nearest village just needs tumbleweeds to add to that dustbowl look.
