No sir.. it ain't no myth...Thais the normal one's.. avoid confrontation.

Two recent examples:
i had a new samsung TV konk. Sent my staff in to sort it out. Came back with warranted only for 6 months..That sounded wrong to me. later when I got the chance I verified that a one year warranty was still in effect.
I then proceed to the Samsung service center in Phuket, and DEMAND service on said TV. At first I get the runaround. I then inform them that I will not leave their office until they honor the warranty. I then tell the manager that I'll call the police and file fraud charges against them.
They finally accepted the return of the TV. I guess it's fixed now, I gotta go pick it up.
