For my 40th, my mate kindly let me have a glass of his Highland Park 30 which by now is about 40. It definitely slipped down a treat!

You wasted no time in getting the space all tidied up. I am sure taxi will be triggered.

I just arrived from Laos (getting away from the smoky air pollution, although of course it's decreasing now because of the rain).

I'm in Pattaya to do various things (none that involve bar-girls!):

    - Change my mobile number at Bangkok Bank (have to do this in-person at one of their branches)
    - Get blood works and PSA check at Life Sciences (I'm sure the PSA will be high as 18 months ago, but the wonderful NHS says no cancer..)
    - Buy some new shoes and clothes - done already
    - relax between my online lessons with a nice refreshing.... orange juice!

Cheers Snubs. Took about 3 days or so. Its busy but fun and so nice being outside. This time of year being away the area turns into a jungle pretty fast.

^ Yeah, my sitting cross legged on the floor days are over as well.

I went through a phase of kind of sprawling across the floor, 'Ceaser' style, but it's so uncomfortable to eat or drink like that. These days if we have Thai visitors, I tend to sit at the table alone while the others sit around me on mats on the floor.

No, that's a lie. I more often than not sit alone down by the pond with the dogs.

Yesterday, the rehabilitation began. After six weeks of an awful job my body needed spoiling.

These days, if embarking on an extended drinking session with the sole intent of wiping out bad memories I tend to simultaneously drink water, on health grounds.

Is Leo just something you get used to because there's not much choice in issan? I find it ok..but if in Bangkok or somewhere with more choice I leave it alone. On trips to Thailand from Lao it was either Leo or San mig light. Preferably the San might light to.give me the illusion that A. it's 5% alc B. It won't make me fatter.
Most people are Kunts.dont believe me? Next time you see a group of people. Shout out OI KUNT watch em all turn around.

^ This was Bangkok with loads of choice, less so with draught that I prefer.

I know where I am with Leo and don't want to drink bottled beer, so draught pints it always is on such occasions.

Each to their own, I guess.
