That's cheaper than here.
I peered in the window of the one here yesterday. For a 90 minute Thai massage they are asking 80 fukking quid.
I had 2 birds all oiled up massaging me with their minges for that price down Sukhumvit.
Roll on December and my Asian month long tour
The reason they charge more in the UK is that there's a lot more skin area to cover, if you know what I mean. The bloaters.
No bullshitting... I have a pint of beer and a couple of glasses of wine a night. I don't really consider that as drinking, just a little present to myself for doing 10 hour shift every day. There's no whisky or Ja Dong involved at all.
And yes, curtains are drawn. It doesn't really get dark here this time of year and I try to keep the sun out. What with the light nights and seagulls squawking all night long I'm lucky to get much sleep at all. Maybe I should increase my wine intake?
That's 6.8 units per day and over treble the UK's recommended daily intake and the equivalent of eating 11.6 cheeseburgers a week.

These massive fuel price hikes in the World today... they're not down to the War in Ukraine... theyre down to fukkin Mendy's Passport run Oil Massages
How has this thread become about me?
I'm really busy at work today but have to make some comments here.
Firstly, can I put in a formal complaint about that picture Reg Dingle has posted. That is photoshopped and I look nothing like that in real life.
The reason I have an after work beer is more just to have a quiet half hour or so at a bar, killing some time while sending a few messages. A shot of whisky just wouldn't do the job as one sip and it'd be gone. I enjoy a whisky chaser with a pint but not at work, and not in Norway. I decent shot is 25 quid here.
I must admit that it can get a bit worrying at times when you add up the alcohol units, but one pint a night and maybe one or two glasses of wine doesn't seem excessive to me, but there ya go, I must be out of touch. I know many people who drink way more than me, but I appreciate that still doesn't make it right. I'll only have one glass of wine tonight so a 50% reduction, just like that!
So nakke is neck? Whoever would want a neck massage for 25 quid?
I never go for massages anyway, I don't like them. I'm not a touchy person and I don't even like holding hands unless it's going somewhere. Therefore I very much doubt that my passport renewal trips have had anything to do with rising fuel prices... but I know one thing... I'm not complaining.
I've never been so busy!
^ I didn't know I even had one.
Soi 7/1
Not far from Hanrahans....yeah yeah
Don't worry, mendip. You'll be able to have more than one when you get back to England...or not.
Price of a pint exceeds PS8 for the first time
The price of a pint has surpassed £8 for the first time with the average cost of a tipple jumping by more than 70pc since the 2008 financial crisis.
Spiralling inflation has pushed the average price of a pint of beer in the UK to £3.95, according to data from research agency CGA, up from £2.30 in 2008.
The data from CGA, which tracks prices by frequently surveying more than 5,550 random bars and pubs, also showed that, for the first time, the average price of a pint at one London pub breached £8.
The average brew in the London pub, which CGA did not name, cost a whopping £8.06, while the cheapest average pint was found at a pub in Lancashire and cost £1.79.
God's own county will make it all ok, so get round to Chitty's and he'll take you out (to his shed)!
^ The wonderful thing about spending time in Norway is that everywhere seems cheap afterwards. This is why you see so many drunk Scandis around the world.
I'll only be in London for 3 or 4 days during my holiday so the damage should be small, and after all I'll be with my daughter and want to create a good impression.
Back in Norway, Friday night is my wine night... when I pick up a box for the week ahead. You can't buy wine from supermarkets here (nothing over 5% I think) so I have to take a walk to the Vinmonopolet, yes, the government 'wine monopoly'. This place shuts at 6pm Mon to Fri, 4pm on Sat and doesn't open at all on Sundays. Also, there's some kind of holiday on Monday so I have to plan carefully.
I think I paid around 40 quid for a 3 litre box of mediocre wine. About the price of 3 beers in the hotel bar.
The same as Sweden, isn't it?
But not Denmark.
For the prices you're paying at the hotel bar, you'd probably be able to get a cheap flight to Copenhagen, get on the piss AND "do a passport run" for less.
