Man.....what a wonderful Sunday. Slight breeze, 29c 43% humidity, fresh mint, limes and lemons from the garden. A long pour of rum, some Bickfords lime cordial, splash of tonic water, few dashes of bitters makes for a nice refreshing Mojito.

I have been drinking too much over the past 3 or 4 months at the weekend though and Christmas was its usual heavy self...

...but it's just so bloody enjoyable when that first beer goes down the hatch, isn't it?

Maybe just go down to one day a weekend or once every 2 weeks or something.
