    EdIt, it's BLD ... ^^^^^^^...

^ Oz has got expensive since I left, but you can't go wrong with rissoles.

I lived in Avon for a while. It was a new English county a few decades ago that included North Somerset and inspired the 'Get back to Somerset' campaign. It wasn't an over-millitant campaign but involved a lot of spray painting of 'Welcome to Somereset' road signs.

I don't know what happened, but my mum's house is back in Somerset now.

It's still the 'Avon and Somerset Police' though???

To be honest mate, I think this is a classic case of 'Too many ingredients spoil the broth'.

Those pre-made pork rissoles look delicious, but I would have fried them lightly and paired with baked beans and slices of bread an butter.

If it was a posh affair I would have paired with mashed potato and peas.

    With tomato sauce.

there was garlic bread to soak up the creamy carbonara sauce. i thought about adding peas and baked beans to the mix but figured that i wouldnt get away with that. AND we are out of tomato sauce.

    For context...

In 1996, the county was abolished and the area split between four new unitary authorities: Bath and North East Somerset, Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. The Avon name is still used for some purposes. The area had a population of approximately 1.08 million people in 2009.
    Back to the topic...

I wouldn't say that I live in domestic bliss at times... but there are red lines not to be crossed.

    Get this shit sorted!

To be fair, I was suggesting swapping the pasta for beans.

I've sent the memo to Mrs bld demanding she gets shit sorted. Running out of tomato sauce is unforgivable and I'm sure she knew those spashback tiles needed a bloody good clean
Tbh though she probably caused most of it. Jeff probably feels quite smug if he's reading this post

Have to agree, looked like two meals on the same plate.

Pork rissoles and beans sounds good mate!
