Not sure what's on the menu tonight. I am still on travel so it will be dining out. Customers are gone so that helps. I am thinking Italian but with my wife here now she will have a say in it.

There is so much wrong in that pic, it is on the level of Jeffs filthy kitchen tiles. Just disgusting. The baking pan looks like it has never been cleaned, and the dishes in the background are also gross. So I guess the kitchen matches the food.

I admit I'm no kitchen expert but I normally wash up after cooking not before. Maybe the yanks do it another way..
