Got the rub on the ribs for tomorrow. My wife prefers big St. Louis style ribs to baby backs so she gets her wish this time. Just 3 of us tomorrow so 1.5 kilos should do it. Serve with Southern pinto beans, and a Cajun potato salad. I will try to get the after shot up.

Looking good AO. I got a slap of ribs in the fridge still and wondering how I want to do them.

I will say that I am very happy that the big fireworks show in Seattle has been cancelled at gasworks park as my house is close and every year we have tons of kids from the suburbs swarm into the hood looking for free parking and shooting off fireworks as they walk to the park. I am not going to have to worry about that this year.
