You do know what 'vindaloo' is, right?

Just checking, as an extraordinary percentage of your attempted put downs seem to show you up as one thick-as-shit moron.

    Now I'm in it!
Farm raised catfish, yea no time to hit Mississippi, but an easy catch fresh at the local market
Rice, brown white and wild, I'm not prejudiced. Corn and peas thick on the butter, sorry real butter, soon to be hugely tariffed. Sorry Frenchie but hell you know you'll get the Heinz just like US for the french fries.
The only drawback is I may be doing this again tomorrow.

    Fish again.

Oh, the sauce. ..Jack & Coke.
Just kidding. Milwaukee dills chopped fine, lemon and lime and some real mayonnaise. Not the Hellmans concoction.
Cheers, the fish has time to eat and breathe... rats race and all.

It tasted alright, Jack. Good quality Australian minced beef with a bit of taco seasoning mix added, cooked lovingly to perfection with the butter beans for a bit of a change for veg. Wasn't in the mood for rice and macaroni was what I had available. Quick and easy and tasted OK.

I've got some left over so the soi dogs or temple dogs could be in for a treat for breakfast tomorrow. I'll see which ones bark loudest tonight.

You're supposed to wrap this mix up with the lettuce as the wrapper. It's like hot sweet candy. It's just dandy. Tastes like candy.

Ok, fish is not a good rapper but the lettuce works.

It's called in Laotian " nam cow." It is fried rice with ham. Fried red peppers and peanuts ect. Quite good with a Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy no doubt as has been noted.
