Didn't mean to give that impression. She's a good cook and now she wants me to show you her beans.

The gf is impressed at how this guy talks without moving his mouth.

    Started with cheese and Chamapagne

Moved onto smoked salmon with some wasabi mayo and Thai style salad underneath

Indo/Dutch Chicken for main- more smokey and creamy than spicy

Napped, woke up for a late night meal/breakfast depending on what time zone your body is feeling like being in

Yup, was very happy with the flight overall- attentive but not fussy service. Probably some of the tastiest airline food I've eaten.

Do they still hand out the little porcelain Dutch houses in Business Class?

Sadly, I only fly cattle class.

Have mixed views on them - great (possibly the best) flight routings for Europe. Cattle class is fairly basic, and has the oldest airline stewardesses I have come across. Put it this way, every flight out of BKK over the last few years - and I am running into 20 to 30 flights - has had the same bloody meatballs and mashed potatoes as one of the (two) options for dinner.

Yup, still get the little houses, Toslti. Also done KLM cattle class quite a few times and I agree with the routings- it's nice to be able to fly from Norwich rather than battle down to London on a temperamental train. I suspect this will be the last business class flight for a sometime. While my new job in China pays more I doubt I will be able to bank over 3/4 of my salary most months. At least I won't be bored half the time tho 555

    +1

Actually, Thai Cattle Class is a luxury for us.

Better then long haul on a budget Carrier. AirAsiaX, Scoot etc

Plus we have the Boys to consider.

Today's lunch, oven baked pork steak with a paprika rub, and a mixed salad with homemade mayonnaise.
