A good barbecue meal on the Russian River. Tri tip steak, nice prawns and roasted jalapenos stuffed with cheese. Fresh corn, spuds, and a salad were done in the kitchen. Meat rare and the prawns just done. So nice with a big loaf of sourdough and fresh sweet butter.

AO, glad to see you back...

How would you rate cooking the shrimp in a pan like that vs. skewered over the grill?

I have tried them all in 2 previous orders. The one that I am not keen on is not included in this order.

Having checked you are indeed correct. The type font is the same though so I think they are from the ones they supply direct to bars as opposed to retail.

The best way, Arthur is the king of barbecue, only uses charcoal. Just done almost translucent. Roong made a nam cheen seafood to eat with them as well.

The jungle curry was for M'Sahib, she pan fried river prawns for me, with a side of garlic and black pepper, griddled pineapple, apple, tomatoes and baby corn for me.
