Not on special as far as I know get 2 packs in the box for £3, that's normal price. I personally think supermarket food is dirt cheap in the UK due to all the competition. Eating out in decent restaurants is another matter though.

Bb's been posting the kind of stuff you'd be aching for after a few months of locusts and rice in Buriram. That pie earlier was magic.

In that case it is extremely excellent value. Where was the origin of the moules? Not Tescos but where was it declared on the box?

Scotland and rope grown. The pic is how much you get for both bags of mussels though. Can't moan for £3 (130 baht).

Even if you go to the fresh fish counters in Tesco/ Morrissons you'll get 2 sea bass or sea bream for £5 ( 210 baht) or a bag of fresh mussels even cheaper than the pre packed ones. Food is cheap in UK.

Food and drink is inexpensive in the UK. ..
It's bills and mortgages etc that counter balance it all out.

Nearly had chicken feet yesterday but brought bbq chicken heart and livers instead must admit turned my nose up and the minced chicken bones in batter.
But seems popular because the guy sells out of it most nights might give it a go next time although mince bones might have some benefits, food wise doesn't sound or look to appetising.
Fascists dress in black and go around telling people what to do, whereas priests... more drink!

Make sure to get them claws-on so you don't need any toothpicks.

Time to start cooking a big stew. Just under a kilo of pork. 8 or ten baby onions and potatoes some green beans and carrots as well fried the meat off with some onions and garlic and make a roux. Two and a half hours or soDinner-p_20180429_153901-jpg

Simmered the meat garlic and onions for an hour. Just added baby does and onions annd the carrots. Another 45 minutes then add the beans to finish

I wasn't joking about the three cent meal. You gotta know how to play these players.
I'm no cheep Charly. I had six bucks cash on the table as a tip but when we found out our rewards points left us with a three cent bill rather than use my card I coughed up another buck cash. The gf told him to keep the change.
So yea, seven dollar meal if you look at it in that perspective.

    Cheer, the fishes.

Oh and happy birthday Gert wherever you are. Enjoy your day together.
