Don't think any decent place would have that pepper grinder on the table......my guess is home.

And it does look bloody good.

Wow, avocado toast has been sweeping California the last year or so. Prepared like that you have at least a $30 breakfast, with 2 eggs rather than 3. A home run...

^^^Nope, it's the perfectly poached eggs that most home cooks - me included - can't get right.

When I want that dish I go out!.

Disagree with that. And would prefer they have those type of grinders (that always work) over those perspex or wooden ones a lot of eateries use that you twist fuck out of but nothing comes out of +/- 50% of the time!.

    Yep, 100% me own cooking.

And that’s 110% the first time anyone has ever said anything like that about my cooking ever.

^^^By the way, stir in a couple of teaspoons of vinegar before the water comes to a simmer and it forms the eggs like that (stops the whites spreading)

Just walked in the door and my wife stuck a Hot Cross Bun in my face to trial.

Bloody amazing taste, rich full of fruit and a great dessert.

I told her to fire up another Butter Chicken Curry with a few Roti's with a plate of rice.

    Heaven!

We're all so excited and await, with anxious anticipation, the actually experience of the dish.

I think I speak for the whole forum maybe with the exception of tomcat when I say we are grateful you keep those topless selfies to your bodybuilding forums. Nice poached eggs though.

    Quick, easy and so good!
That's the breakfast I lust after.
Eggs, no problem fresh out the ass.
avocado, no woriies when in season.
Salmon, forget it. Not a chance of real wild salmon and there's no way I'd touch farmed salmon.
Still 2 out of 3 aint bad.

    Looks bloody good mate.

I never posted a topless selfie while cooking. And nah, I'd rather not see your moobs.

Dinner looks okay, but I'm not a big raw fish person. Won't even touch it.

^ The surprise of my life as I have not had a hot cross bun for at least 25 years.

My wife is a genius as I just showed her google pictures 2 days ago and then she shows up with this masterpiece.

    You can order wild salmon online from this company;

    https://paleorobbie.com/grocery

I ordered some a couple of weeks ago. The price per kilo is not bad for Thailand.

Headworx and Hallelujah do great stuff, but I don't think there's been a better photo on this thread.

Not that I can recall, anyway.

    Yum yum yum.

Cheers. Gonna be having that Saturday morning I reckon.

While his poached eggs look great I just personally wouldn't put them on my smoked salmon, for me smoked salmon is on Brown bread with fuck loads of black pepper and lemon juice but each to their own.

Neville will know. Partly because of his extensive Thai knowledge. Mainly because he was in a bush outside.
Sorry, I've just seen this. Well, I would say it's neither of the two. I'd say it's a version of pat kee mao, because I'm not convinced it's basil in the dish. It looks like stir-fried kaffir lime leaves. Yum. Tastey. (And that's what it smelt like from the bushes, anyway. )

It was the misses dish, obviously she took the photo. Was a pad kee mow or something similar named but to me that is drunken noodles but came with rice as the picture shows. She did ask for it ped mak but not what I would have expected if I'd ordered it.
