Here in Germany, there is a heated discussion whether chili con carne must be prepared with mince, not chunks of beef, and if maize corns are added or not.

Looks like I found the answer above, is it an authentic recipe, AO?

Stroller as Chilli is not really Mexican but an American creation it can be as ya like. "Early California" food was popular iin SF, this dish is a take on that. Very few tomatoes used in the chilli as well. I love it as do all who have tried it. I did not show the roasted red peppers that go in it.
