I've never really had a go at making a pizza but I've seen what's involved.
Not much actually...
Think I'll give it a go!
Yep I have made pizza a few times, it's not hard but I hate working with flour / making the dough so I just order.
I must admit that the home-made pizza I made did taste a lot better though!
I have also made a few with pizza bases bought from Villa but they aren't very good.
Its a hard job making the dough for the base, but once you have that done you can freeze it and use if for up to 6 months in my case.
The start
more stretching and kneading
First rising
punch it down.
The second time it rose.
Adding the condiments, then I have to pick up the kids I will add more later.
Adding Italian seasoning

Ready for the oven. Red bell pepper, white onion, Dixie sausage for pepperoni, and a lot of mozzarella cheese, the kids cant get enough.
The first one done.
Cheesy, and half eaten before we remembered to take a picture. I just looked in the freezer, and damn I am out of dough.

OE. That looks, and I bet it tastes better than anything I've seen come out of a shop.
Well done...Young Lady.
Charley their are two. They love baking and dough. Plus they are good at it. Their double chocolate fudge brownies are to die for.
But I made that damn pizza.![]()
I want that green back AO![]()
From the pics I can only make out that you 'sprinkled' the herbs!

Same recipe as before AO![]()
I had it last night as well with the kids.so easy
Right I need some dinner suggestions.
I've got pork chops, potatoes, onions and all the usual spices and herbs you'd find in the cupboard. The wife has the car and the shop is too far to walk to get anymore ingredients.
I wouldn't mind cooking something I've never cooked before.
Could do,
Casserole
Something with pasta or rice
A curry (do Indians make pork curries?)
Pan fried pork or something
Any ideas?
Seeing as most Indians are Hindu, yes.Originally Posted by The Fresh Prince
