^It's far from being a fine dining establishment TC, it's more of a beachfront live music venue (typically easy listening or jazz) with a garden atmosphere that just so happens to have good food at very reasonable prices. The lamb is under 500 Baht as a guide, and is delicious!.

Need to record the sound of a steak sizzling in a skillet one day and make it my ring tone..
Grass fed Aussie Striploin, tender if cooked right and a really nice flavour.

Bit of an odd looking steak sandwich, but it hit the spot. No sauce, just the resting juices poured over it post-photo.

Only way to find out is to try a couple. My missus prepares them with spices. They come de-furred and gutted. I cook them in one of these And it does taste like chicken leg. I find it best not to overcook as it seems to make the tougher.

Which shoulder? Isn't tossing a dead rat over your left shoulder considered bad luck? Maybe Jeff can give us the benefit of his knowledge off of tossing of dead rats.

Charcoaled to perfection at your table by our Italian chef, then served on a bed of choice steamed spring legumes, accompanied by a reduction of Welsh lamb juce refined with a hint of the chef's selection of mountain herbs.
