Very nice
...lovely...even the plastic spoon adds a little something...
^It's far from being a fine dining establishment TC, it's more of a beachfront live music venue (typically easy listening or jazz) with a garden atmosphere that just so happens to have good food at very reasonable prices. The lamb is under 500 Baht as a guide, and is delicious!.

Bit of an odd looking steak sandwich, but it hit the spot. No sauce, just the resting juices poured over it post-photo.

Only way to find out is to try a couple. My missus prepares them with spices. They come de-furred and gutted. I cook them in one of these https://teakdoor.com/image/jpeg;base6...rAAEwAc4oAP//Z And it does taste like chicken leg. I find it best not to overcook as it seems to make the tougher.https://teakdoor.com/images/imported/2018/12/463.jpg
If it tastes like chicken it carn't be that bad.
Fook I've eaten ants eggs and thought nothing of it,till I was informed afterwards.
It's fairly well established that you will eat anything.
So Rat is a delicacy best served medium rare?
...I recommend tossing it over your shoulder and having a drink...
