I'm gonna try to turn this into something good while I'm out choppin wood. About three and a half hours.

Laziness taken to the extreme this evening, about 1/3 of a rather large rump steak and some salad...

I actually had practically the same thing meself except my steak was marinaded and my 'salad' was just lettuce.

I've got a whole pork tenderloin in the pan now. Reduced to 46 baht for a quick sale. I'll have that, thanks! I've no idea what I'll eat with it. A cob of corn probably as that's all I've got in the fridge. And some bread. So that's it then, a pork tenderloin and sweetcorn open sandwhich. Umm. Scrummy. Photo to come.

I was going to suggest a nice delicate pork sauce, made from the drippings, to accompany the open face.
