I actually had practically the same thing meself except my steak was marinaded and my 'salad' was just lettuce.
I've got a whole pork tenderloin in the pan now. Reduced to 46 baht for a quick sale. I'll have that, thanks! I've no idea what I'll eat with it. A cob of corn probably as that's all I've got in the fridge. And some bread. So that's it then, a pork tenderloin and sweetcorn open sandwhich. Umm. Scrummy. Photo to come. :)
And there you have it. Premium pork tenderloin on a bed of multigrain bread, served with slices of golden super sweetcorn.
