^^ We'll let you off with the spelling of the sauce.

Worcester (or Worcestershire, depending on the brand)

Like I can spell Worsheshire, WishIHadAChestSire....fook it, Brits pronounce it Wooster, that's good enough for me.

I don't care for the L&P stylee flavor, it seems sweet. I prefer the "French's" brand style. IMO it's more savory and robust.

The Thai copies of both are pretty good I think.

I really don't care for L&P. It's like pineapple on pizza, guacamole on cereal or green peas. The flavors just shouldn't exist.

not sweet at all to me, the Thai sauces are a joke as well. Looking forward to the final pics, and to see why kind of spuds you have prepared.

Sadly, ashamedly, embarrassed, overcome by guilt and remorse, there will be no spuds pictured. I thought I was cooking the meatloaf for my lunch sandwiches this and next week where my wife thought that I was making dinner, so no potatoes. There will be gravy though. Dinner will be a slab of meatloaf and rice drizzled with gravy made from the loaf pan juices.

The orphan feeding market is already saturated, I'm guessing. Besides, most Thai's don't eat beef or don't admit to eating beef....

A kilo of beef with minced bell peppers (capsicums for the British ilk and their substrains ), onion, garlic, celery, wooster sauce, salt and pepper, italian seasoning, sage and a kiss.
My gf says she can do that too... So I said to her, best not let my meat loaf. Now she's begging me to get her some ant eggs. Easy enuf I thought but her aunt lives no where around here.

She says mook no my in Banana Leaf steamed with special fish and ant eggs and tiny mushrooms. Im thinking dry ice for the trip back but how to remove her uterus is the question.

She says it will cost me a leg and an arm for that last recipe. We will see, as long as I leave with my eyes. Mook no my sounds expensive. We'll see.
