Nope I just like a nice rare steak not some well done shoe leather.

Just to point out, the red liquid from a steak isn't blood.
The flavour and texture of a (good) steak is ruined by over cooking it.

Melt in the mouth NZ tenderloins.
(Edith went completely spazo when she went to have one and saw the Tenderloin Monster had visited and disappeared with all of them :) )

Last night I tried out Headworx's spinach with cream cheese and coconut cream recipe.
I thought it was great, but the coconut is a very dominant flavour and maybe the dish would be better with meat and not fish.

It certainly made a nice change and I'll try it again. Thanks HW!

Welcome, and it looks good!. Sounds like you put too much coconut cream in but in any case, it's just a matter of adjusting next time to suit your taste. Not sure if I mentioned before but I like putting some chili flakes in as well sometimes, for some reason that works. Again though, the amount is up to your tastes.
Nice food chaps.
Here's my home made Welsh lamb and vegetable Stew made with Sundays gravy stock.
Added some home grown garlic and Mint also.
Not greasy and very nice.
