Never had an issue with bones for my dogs, they know what they're doing.
It's all shits n giggles until somebody giggles n shits (adds anchovies).

That's a fair portion of the black stuff. Wash it down with a Guinness and you'll be shitting charcoal tomorrow.
It freezes well tbf.
A couple of rib eyes for tonight’s dinner. Season to start with, then viola perfecto! No money shot needed because you know they are medium rare!

Those rib eyes sure look good, how long did you cook them on each side? and what is the side dish? Looks like potatoes Au Gratin.
Sadly the whole thing would be lost on my wife and any of her family, She would enjoy a rib eye, but not with any garnish and certainly not the potatoes. They would be polite and eat some of it, but I can tell.
I am getting tired of cooking elaborate meals just for myself. :(
It's funny how we make a food and like it only to forget about it for awhile until we are reminded of it again.
Love potatoes au gratin, haven't made it in years. I should give it a try one of these days.
Three minutes on each side, then let it rest , is my preference also .
