Another option here is they could be from a local maid service agency that you pay a fee and they come cook and clean for the aging and senile. We hired one for my Gma. Each week they came ( different ladies) and cooked and clean. He could well be close enough now to convince them to take pics so he can post on TD in hopes we might buy it. :)

Last nights dinner.
Looks great. Are they burritos topped with melted cheese and sour cream? Does that make them quesadillas or does the cheese always go on the inside of a quesadilla?

Chicken Enchilada mate. Chopped chicken, a bit of black beans and salsa for stuffing.
Wrap in flour torrtillas, sprinkle with cheese, cilantro, chopped avacado, olives and whatever else you fancy. Pop in oven to melt cheese then dab with sour cream. Salsa of course in wee cup to spice things up.
