Imagine that. No canned peas, no runny baked beans, no animal guts. Just a bit of corn (Tortillas), some lettuce, tomatoes, olives, cheese and hot sauce. And moreover you have to chew it versus sucking it down on a spoon.....:smileylaughing:
Well. I'll be fooked Stumpy doesn't fuck around . Gotta take my hat off.
The bastards even put a bottle of beerlao in there. Knowing I can't find any here
^^ It looks great but grated 'orange cheddar cheese' out of a packet... never seen that before.
Get some proper cheese mate, and get a grater!
^ From California :) so much wrong with that its difficult to know where to start
Hell ya! I eat tacos like that on a regular basis. That was one of the things my mom made that I actually liked. :)
Your pics are getting fantastic. The production value is noted.
This is my drunk taco take...

Just curious about your shells. They look incredible. Did you make them yourself?
first off let me preface by saying I love English Cheddar. I have at least two or three in the fridge. That said, sharp cheddar is not good in tacos or burritos. The cheese needs to be mild so as not to overpower the other ingredients. If you want authentic Mexican tacos, then you would not use cheese at all.
Stumps is making American style tacos and for that you need a mild cheese.
:smileylaughing:
Looking good, stumpy and snubby.
I do like a taco or 12, but I reckon you should have a pot on the side for some gravy to dip them in. And maybe some mushy peas too. :)
I fucking despise cucumbers.
Green owed. Fucking little green bastards seem to come with everything and when they're cut up fine in a salad, for example, it takes me ages to pick them out.
I love 'em ... a cucumber sandwich in the summer, what's not to like?
