We did a smaller one tray breakfast for a young Vietnamese lady guest of our homestay last week. She enjoyed it and wanted the same next day.

Well she didn't leave anything on the first morning. But, yes, we have cut down on the size of the breakfasts for Thai/Asian guests. Farangs, particularly if we get a biker group in will get something a little larger and with one of overnight oats, cereal or yogurt. Don't want anyone leaving our place hungry.

I had pretty much the same this morning, replaced toast for waffles., and had the cutlery set properly

I mostly just eat beans in tacos and burritos.
