300 times sweeter than sugar eith zero calories and carbs...
Stevia, (Stevia rebaudiana), also called sweet leaf, flowering plant in the aster family (Asteraceae), grown for its sweet-tasting leaves. The plant is native to Paraguay, where it has a long history of use by the Guaraní people. The leaves contain a number of sweet-tasting chemicals known as steviol glycosides, which can be used fresh or dried to sweeten beverages or desserts or can be commercially processed into powdered noncaloric sweeteners. Steviol glycosides, particularly the chemicals stevioside and rebaudioside A, can be more than 300 times sweeter than table sugar and are nonglycemic (i.e., they do not affect blood glucose levels). Touted as a healthier alternative to sugar, stevia sweeteners grew in popularity worldwide in the early 21st century.

Only had one in the fridge and the Missus put dibs on half as I was cutting it
Yorkies, on Chaiyapruek 1. They have whole slabs in the display fridge and happily slice it to your desired weight/thickness. Get some pork snags from the same display fridge while you're there, best in town by a country mile. Once you've finished your diet though, obviously
Very true. But like your pasta Tom, your beltsize will only increase by eating too much of it
Especially accompanied by a few glasses Montepulciano.
In fact you've just made my mind up for dinner
Grazie mille Tomma mia
322 calories is nothing compared to most things I bought while grocery shopping yesterday like *steak, salmon, Greek yogurt, cheeses (cream, cottage, and cheddar) coconuts, almonds, eggs, butter, and the 6 x Chicken thighs that just went into the oven. Calories aren't what I'm keeping an eye on right now
*Went back to TKM and bought another bag of Argentinian Ribeyes, +/- 1700 Baht for 3.2kg worth of steaks cut into 250gr serves. I wouldn't have gone back if they weren't good.
There are bars selling some steaks now. Ak or something. I'll get u a pic and the price and a review. Will pick one up later and find this tkm place
Your shopping list looks spot on
Ahh I see tkm is closed today
Cold lasagna.
17,000 calories.
And worth every single fookin' one of them.
It is if you're not counting calories, and are only counting carbs.
Bit of a strange set-up, it's a wholesale place that lets retail people walk in sort of thing. Someone will come from out the back eventually, just tell them you'd like to look at some Argentine Ribeye.
