Yesterday I finally got my scared ass into the dentist. What a success. Due to pain I had been on a diet the last month Woke up pain free and had a jog then cooked this up. Oh man was it good. Now making a giant ham, salami and cheese sandwich to take to work.

^ Bastard. My new breakfast is a half cup of instant porridge and a black coffee.

Nothing but a nice, light, cleansing pot of strawberry tea in the park.
