Smoked salmon and cherry tomatoes on smashed Av with sea salt and lemon juice, a favorite brekkie lately.

^ Had an avocado this morning on some brown toast. For a weekday breakfast it's an absolute cracker.

Looking as good as it does there, I might start splashing out on some salmon and making it a weekend thing too.

Being quite civilised, I obviously shoo-shoo away most Thai breakfasts.

Given the subarctic weather conditions, and that I was wrapped up in 3 different blankets,

This steaming hot bowl of miscellaneous objects went down like Dill in the Pintsman.

Is that fantastic view from your house, or are you away at the moment? I'm very envious either way.

And also envious of your subarctic weather conditions... it's got very hot very quickly in Korat.

Breakfast this morning was largely comprised of food with a questionable expiry. Made the potato cakes a couple of days ago and didn't use (or cook) them yesterday morning. 24 hours I've done previously without issue, 48 hours was exploring new territory. The sliced ham was defrosted in the refrigerator four days ago and we hadn't got around to using. Fried the potato cakes in the usual manner, added the chopped ham and sauteed in garlic butter. Then added three eggs and a slice of anemic cheese. Seasoned with cracked pepper and himilayan pink rock salt. Was quite tasty.

^ nice place, good for you. A view over a bit of land is a wonderful thing.

^^ the missus has 9 rai and it looks a lot lot smaller than Luigi's plantation. I bet that mango tea is bloody lovely!

In a rush this morning... off to Pak Chong and Khao Yai for a couple of days.

Chicken liver kebabs and sticky rice... one of my favourite quick breakfasts. And all for 25 Baht!

^^Tell me that those egg whites came out as you wanted them too. And please tell me that was your first and last attempt at incorporating walnuts into salmon and eggs

Why is it Aussie food seems so much cheaper in Malaysia than in Thailand when Oz has trade agreements with both Countries(MAFTA and TAFTA)?

Now gotta run 10 Km before a little kiddy fry-up.

    Possibly ingested raw.
