Fabulous looking steak. 75 days aged is a bit more than I usually prefer.

Zambian steaks are the best in the world!

Those baby potatoes are a rare commodity down there, or they were when I lived there.

The fresh food here is very seasonal, there is no widespread use of greenhouses so you only get mangoes and strawberries in summer, pumpkins and squash in winter et al. But the supply chains are also variable so one week I’ll see baby potatoes or jalapeņos chili’s in the markets, another nothing. Obviously this can be frustrating or you just roll with it. I literally saw (and purchased habanero chili’s in the shops once, and have not seen them again). On one occasion I saw mushy peas so I bought the entire shelf worth! (Still got loads in the cupboard at home).

Got a rotisserie that sits over the Q. Tried it out yesterday, with hindsight I should only do one chicken at a time as I couldn’t secure two birds tightly, but it did the job, nonetheless.

You might want to consider the option of a holiday.

And the fact your timezones are wrong.

You might want to stop coming across as such a twat. You don't get a say in my options mate. If I want a holiday. I take one. I'm a fully grown man just about to flip the switch on fulltime retirement. Age 60. Your just a boy tefling. YOU can jog on.

You misunderstood my reply. Shocking I know.

It's the summer holidays. I haven't been at work in weeks. Now fuck off.

If I misunderstood your reply it's likely from your lack of personality. You smarmy kunt.
