The taste is the same on the tail Snubs but the local "Spiney" or "7 colored" lobster here as they are called do not have the huge claws that we enjoy on a Maine lobster. But overall, the taste and texture is exactly the same, less those monster claws.

As you well know, the claws are the best part.

We have these bad boys in western Australia called crayfish which are a lobster. They don't have claws like on a Maine lobster ..I've tasted both and there's only a subtle difference in texture and flavour. Further north in WA the get the : painted Cray .bigger lobster but not much flavour . Never mind. Bung em in a pot pie or a curry
He promised to headbutt me, if he ever saw me. Charming.

I guess that my solution would be that he 'never saw me'.

And served with some Korean condiments. You’ll notice them well done ( I was out voted)

Walls and fences generally do that. How much of the horizon do you see from your moo bhan?

In the top half kitchen subforum.

It's little wonder decent posters can't be bothered with the place anymore.

Another food truck market. Start with the craft beer truck.

Keep an eye on the roast pork on this braai trailer.

Mate, they sure do. Every chance they get, and usually at least every weekend. There’s loads of big trailer braai’s like this one. I didn’t take a good picture, but he has a smoker, a grill, a sink, a Santa Maria grill, and then a gas plate and gas stove on that trailer. He offered to fabricate me one too, if I wanted.

Beers and braai’s: men’s business stuff.

    .
I am liking the Benz center cap on the wheels. A touch of class on an already perfect trailer.

Indeed, that trailer would fit in perfectly at any American BBQ competition.

Oh yeah. There would be a line waiting for the food off that baby. I gotta say Snubs, us Americans do know how to do BBQ's and Grill events and virtually year round. Never been anywhere else in the world even close. Albeit now DW is showing some serious hardware.

Something a lot of the weirdo Brits on here do not understand. To them, anything cooked on an open flame is BBQ, it is something that they just do not get. Clearly, the SA's get it.
