Is that a pineapple ring? From a tin? Pineapple and what looks to be a ham steak/ gammon is great but why would they not use a fresh pineapple , it's not like they don't grow them.

'Every hole's a goal' is the mantra for hot bored chefs in faux English boozers as well as lonely tars on passport runs.

Up until the age of 18 when I went to India I had thought that pineapple were indeed cylindrical with a hole in the middle. I had never seen one in it's natural state. Imagine my surprise when I tried a fresh one whilst sat on the beach in GOA after a few chillums of manalis finest. Bom shanka nowadays can't find a fresh pineapple under $20 and can't get a tolla of manali either

It did look a bit out of place on an armstrong plate.

    Along with the peas.

I ate the peas. Quite like them, despite their colour.

Buy fresh mushrooms next time. Those look as shriveled and dry as Yogi’s ballsack.

^ Are you talking about my poor dog's much discussed 'ballsack', or Joe's mushrooms?

Any anyway, how come Yogi's bollocks have made an entry into the lunch thread?

I panicked and went for whatever wasn't a dark beer.

Turns out they sell Leo anyway so I'm back on that.
