A big bag of mixed seafood (and crab sticks ) on offer at the supermarket... ...so I made a chowder. I fried some onions off first and then made a roux to thicken it: Milk, cream, stock, a few 'erbs and some veggies. Reducing. Reduced, and now almost as thick as Willy!
