Stewart then showed two clips Fox News employed to underscore the size of the event. He pointed out that the clips appeared to have been from two entirely different protests.

The bogus footage, Stewart found, actually came from a Sept. 12 protest two months ago, and was used on Fox News' Glenn Beck program two months ago.

Why does it surprise you? Ignorance is perfectly understandable in those with dysfunctional brains. It's not their fault, they were born and raised like it. Treat them with compassion (as it annoys them) as you would anyone else who is mentally disabled.

Lou Dobbs has abruptly resigned from CNN- some speculation he'll be going to Fox. It would be a step up anyway- they need a few more 'respected' reporters.

I think he's too smart for that. He has gone after the GOP a lot, and I hope he continues to criticize both parties, and also criticize and inform people of the abuses of Wall St. and other insitutions.

Condervative Americans, as myself, should distance themselves from Fox. The conservative party is a party of fair play. We believe in honesty and controlling our destinies. Fox News is anything but fair and at minimum comes across as being dishonest. Cable networks throughout the world carry Fox. Is Fox the Face of America you want???

I can assure you..it is a far better system...by the way I choose my own Doctor and after a Dr's appointment I leave...paying nothing out of my pocket at that time.That is what rational taxes are for...not for armies.

Oh, really? You choose your own doc? You mean you have a GP? Nobody in BC can get a GP because they are not taking new patients. Nobody can choose their own specialist. Folks in small towns have to take turns seeing the doc when he comes to town. And you wait sometimes 6-8 mos to see a specialist. Alberta, well, a friend waited two years to see a specialist. Really good, this socialised care.
I have a GP coz he's been in the fam for years. I pay $54 or so every month for my "free" healthcare. You don't pay, they come after you. just like a credit card co, or so a friend told me.
