Obama has earmarked 297 trillion dollars for Black Panther training grounds in Harlem and other anti-American groups. FACT

Of course these things are hidden away, but just look closely and you will find them

That is worse than the bottom of the list charity at Charity Navigator which was the DVA at 4.6%.
