Noticeably a lot of non Slavic regions are sending soldiers to Ukraine. The war in Ukraine has sparked discussions about an imminent collapse of Russia.
Some speak of separatism, others of decolonization. On the one hand, it is understandable that, faced with the bloody war, many people want to say goodbye to Russia and want to break away from the aggressor state forever.

Russia is committing double genocide. Not only on Ukraine but itself as well.

Enjoy the respite from ruzzian propaganda. I have a feeling that it will not last long. It is looking like Ukraine will be withdrawing from Bakhmut soon. Russia has lost almost 40k men trying to take that little city. It is finally just too destroyed to defend. I think the little propagandist will find it hard to stay away, as he will be hyping it up like it was the fall of Berlin. The truth is the AFU was using Bakhmut to grind down the Russians, and it has a devastating effect. Russia has literally shifted reserves from other areas, leaving a lot of holes in their defense lines. Once the mud season ends, things will get interesting.

The former head of military intelligence of the Czech Republic called the tactics of the RF Armed Forces the most dangerous for the Armed Forces of Ukraine

    Today, 08: 26

"The armed forces of the Russian Federation are using the most dangerous tactics for Ukrainian formations. This was stated in an interview with Parlamentní listy by the former head of military intelligence of the Czech Republic, General Andor Sandor.

According to the military expert, the Russian army, through incessant shelling, forces the Ukrainian formations, firstly, to suffer maximum losses, and secondly, to constantly be in suspense and use up their ammunition.

The West transfers military equipment to the Armed Forces of Ukraine with a great delay. Western countries also cannot cover all the needs of Ukrainian formations in weapons and ammunition. They simply do not have the amount of shells and ammunition that the Ukrainian army needs for daily battles, the Czech general stressed.

The former head of Czech military intelligence said that, strategically, the Kiev regime had already lost in the armed conflict with Russia. It is interesting that earlier the general talked about the limited capabilities and reserves of Western states in terms of supporting the Kyiv regime with weapons and ammunition.

Such statements by foreign military experts clearly run counter to the ambitious statements of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and his closest associates. But on the other hand, they just explain the constant delays of the West with the delivery weapons, including history with the promised Ukraine tanks, which, as it turned out, for the most part cannot be transferred immediately."

I heard from a UK source it cost the Russians over 7 men for every Ukrainian they killed, its a horrendous price for a town of no strategic import other than for Putin to say he won something.

As reported by Ukraine. Saw on CNN. Even if slighty exagerated still a very high price to pay so Putin can claim a victory. Again proving defending is far easier than attacking. Typically takes 4 times number for successful attack.

Ok, less losses rather than easier.

I just find the conflict incredibly sad in the 21st Century. In the millennium i naively hoped we'd be able to put this depravity behind but here we are - grinding young men into pulp and tearing a generation of families apart - i hate that people sit on one side or another cheering the other losses.

I agree. Even while the Russians were building up troops on the border I still could not accept that we were on a verge of a another terrible primitive conflagration. This damn thing has got to stop. The sooner the better.

Yep it has to stop for the next generations future.

The fact remains that Russia is armed to the teeth with nuclear weapons and that is the reason the west have not become militarily involved.

Whilst the use of Nuclear Weapons ended one war the fact that Russia, is such a nuclear threat globally, will extend this war.

Putin is on borrowed time, it is just when someone takes him out not when.

The west is involved and Putin is not happy about it, but his chuntering and bluster by his foreign minister and news lackeys is one thing but he won't launch as he knows he will be terminated if he tries it.

This is what happens when you use WW1 human waves of prisoners and untrained backwater rednecks.

You are just another tankie clown. You would love this war to stop right now, forcing Ukraine to knuckle under to ruzzia and cede territory.

BAKMUT AXIS /0010 UTC 5 MAR/ Street-fighting continues within Bakhmut: the situation remains fluid and serious. UKR forces repelled RU attacks N and S of the city and counter-attacks SW of Ivanivske have driven RU units back to Klischiivka.

    Yes!

There are two ways for this to stop.

    1. Putin stops the madness and pulls his troops out of all of Ukraine. Including Crimea, of course.

    2. A decisive victory of Ukraine on the battlefield.
