Marriage rule #1: If you really must shoot at your mother in law you'd damn well better kill her.

Both? Oi Gewalt . . . perhaps they missed her because she was moving and not lying on the ground with their hands behind their backs or standing with their hands above their head.

Now, the real question is: Do these two sharpshooters lock their bedroom door at night when Momma moves back in?

California man shoots three after dispute over laundry, then killed by own son

A deranged dad went on a New Year’s Eve shooting rampage sparked by a beef over a washing machine, killing his wife and two others in his Los Angeles County home before his own son wrestled the gun away and killed him, authorities said Friday.
The 54-year-old father used a semiautomatic pistol in the bloodbath in Rowland Heights about half an hour east of Los Angeles, killing his 54-year-old wife, his son’s 48-year-old girlfriend and a 27-year-old man who was visiting, the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department said.
“It looks like it was a dispute between the dad and the son’s girlfriend, probably over using the washing machine,” Sheriff’s Lt. John Corina told the San Gabriel Valley Tribune. “For some reason, this set the dad off.”

The dad was a heavy drinker with a large gun collection and authorities had made dozens of previous trips to the home, police said. The 27-year-old victim was Ernesto Calzadilla, a close friend told the Daily News.
“I still can’t believe he’s gone,” said the friend, who did not want to be identified.
Christopher Morey, 33, is being held on suspicion of murdering his own father, though a sheriff’s spokesman said the charges could change.
“That was his girlfriend (who was shot). That’s why he went all crazy,” the friend said. Morey is being held on $1 million bail.

So, he shoots and kills people, shoots and injured people, and the guy wrestles him, gets the gun and shoots him.

And that's worth a charge of anything?

LA is looney tunes (as well as that shooter).

You seem to be an advocate of no guns, does this include body guards for high profile people?

I assume that'S WORLDWIDE deaths by CIVILIAN vehicles.
I can guarantee there are a LOT more cars than guns in the hands of civilians.
Be interesting to see the true figures.

Some dumbass always brings that nonsense into it.
Those are accidental deaths by something not purposely designed to kill FFS. Quite different.

But lets consider this for a moment in the context of gun control in the U.S. (in which it is usually bought up).

If you're going to equate cars with guns, then how about this.
All guns in the U.S. must have a serial number registered to an owner. Registration must be renewed every year and the owners address current at all times.
Not only that but in order to get a registered gun the owner must pass a practical and written test and obtain a license. The registered owner of the weapon must have insurance against anyone getting accidentally injured by the weapon.
If the weapon is sold the registration must pass to the new owner and registration papers stamped accordingly by the relevant department.
    Licensed owners and registered weapons.
    Would that be acceptable?

Weak sauce Earl, you can do better than that!

Remind us of the last time somebody shot up a high school with (not from) a car or rode from Alaska to Ushuaia on his Glock?

Just drove across the USA. No gun. No kidding. People are real nice in general. No Bull. Hell Just walked out of the Kennedy Space Center a few hours ago. And most of the people I met were not from the USA.

I did go out of my way to help them take group photos so as to not let the shooter out of the picture.

Lots O Shooting at the space center.

Panama , while you were here did you live in the stink for it to remain a cold sore? Just asking because all I have met were content and happy.

I mean really most of the tourists are just that. I see groups trying to take pictures and ,of course I have the time and I am a model citizen, haha, I love to help them , and it makes their day to be in the photo.
Did it dozens of time today. And will always take time for that sort of stuff as I know it's only the giving that makes you what you are.

Imagine if there was no cancer Mr Earl and no fatal diseases....your argument holds no water

There is no reason for the average American citizen to own a gun, an instrument purely designed to kill. The reason is simple: there is no reason to kill! In fact there are laws that make killing an offence.

The sooner Americans realise the second amendment is kept to help the arms trade and not citizens the sooner they will join the civilised world.

^ Far too sensible an answer or earl to grasp

    And in another state . . . yet another gun committed a crime . . .

“Responsible Gun Owner” Kills Own Daughter, Believing She Was Intruder

In yet another tragic gun-related accident, a Florida woman shot her 27-year-old daughter to death after mistaking her for an intruder late Tuesday night. The mother, Sherry Campbell, awoke from her sleep just before midnight to hear someone entering the house and approaching her. Thinking it was an intruder, she fired one fatal shot, only to discover that it was her own daughter, Ashley Doby, returning home late at night.

The young woman died at a local St. Cloud hospital. The 911 call was made by St. Cloud Police Cpl. Claude Campbell, Jr., the step-father of the victim. However, he was asleep during the incident, and thought his step-daughter was having a problem with her pacemaker – failing to mention during the five minute 911 call that she had taken a bullet to the chest. Although gun advocates like to proclaim that owning guns makes a house safer, they refuse to acknowledge the thousands of people that are injured or killed in gun-related accidents each year. Nearly 2,000 people were involved in (reported) accidental shootings in 2015 alone, and there has been almost one shooting a week carried out by a toddler under the age of three.

Similar incidents have happened in Florida, a state notorious for its lax gun laws and a distinctive tendency to shoot first and ask questions later. In June, a 16-year-old boy was shot to death by his brother with a semi-automatic handgun, after the brother again mistook him for an intruder. It is for these reasons that over 2,000 medical doctors signed a petition urging Congress to admit that gun violence is a public health epidemic that needs to be investigated by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. “As a pediatrician,” said Dr. Nina Agrawal, “I am deeply troubled that gun violence is a leading cause of death in children.”

If you look honestly at where most of the gun violence occurs, and then ask yourself why. You just might get a glimmer of the racist foundations which underlie the USA federal government. .
The very same government that owns the United Nations and subsequent racism proliferated around the globe.

Focusing on the firearms is myopic and naive. There is a much bigger picture here, please try to think for yourself and not parrot the corporate talking points.

It does matter. You are being simplistic and obtuse again - and when I say 'again' I mean as usual.
Your thought process is that of a three year old on xanax, while sipping moonshine made from rotten potatoes.

Your 'question' reeks of your usual brainfart mentality, incapable of rational thought

    You're welcome
