I didn't see any Russian planes in the video and nobody in the footage mentioned Russian planes. The "Bashar Assad Crimes Archive" gave the video the title "Insane attack by Russian warplanes on the town of Hyan, in Aleppo". Maybe it was Russian planes, maybe Syrian, maybe American.

I can tell you one thing it was not American planes. They are not crossing airspace with the Russians. The Russians are bombing almost exclusively in the western side of the country. The US in the east where the bulk of IS is located.
